Dougie joined BCA as Director / Trustee in April 2023. He is currently Berwickshire Housing Association’s Social Innovation Lead. Dougie has a 40-year career in working and leading substance misuse and recovery services, implementing national suicide prevention strategies and leading overseas development programmes. He has also undertaken various evaluation and research projects as an independent consultant.
