Max joined BCA as one of the Community Development Leads in July 2025. Max brings with him a background working in client-facing roles with mental health, disabilities, substance misuse, and recovery across Scotland. Max has also recently supervised a Third Sector Homeless Support service in the Scottish Borders. Max is eager to continue his collaborative, outreach-style of working to build rapport and support organisations and services to be as effective as possible in helping individuals and the community.
