UK not-for-profit organisations can now apply for a £1,000 unrestricted grant through the latest round of the easyfundraising Impact Fund.

The fund has returned for a second round with the value of each grant doubled from £500 to £1,000. A total of 15 grants are available to organisations that can demonstrate how the funding will make a positive difference in their community.

Who can apply?

The fund is open to a wide range of UK-based organisations, including:

  • Registered charities
  • Other not-for-profit organisations
  • Sports clubs and teams
  • Schools and education settings
  • Social enterprises and Community Interest Companies (CICs)
  • After-school and youth groups
  • Churches and religious organisations

Organisations do not need to be registered with easyfundraising to apply. Those that applied during the previous funding round are also welcome to submit a new application, regardless of whether they were successful.

What can the funding support?

The grants are unrestricted, meaning successful applicants can use the funding wherever it is needed most within their organisation.

The funding could support:

  • Equipment and resources
  • Volunteer costs
  • Event expenses
  • Small projects and activities
  • Improvements to facilities
  • Essential running and core costs

Applications for core costs are welcome, although organisations are encouraged to clearly explain what the £1,000 will contribute towards, what it will enable them to do and who will benefit.

How applications will be assessed

Applications will be assessed against three key areas:

  • Community impact – a clear explanation of what the funding will support and the difference it will make.
  • Reach and who benefits – a description of the people or communities who will benefit and how they will be supported.
  • Lasting benefit – evidence that the funding will strengthen services, facilities or activities beyond the initial spend.

The fund aims to support organisations that can clearly demonstrate how the grant will create meaningful benefits within their communities.

Application deadline

Applications are open until midnight on Sunday 8th November 2026.

Successful organisations will be notified by email after the closing date and grant payments will be made directly to successful applicants.
