The Scottish Borders Living Wage Action Group invites business owners, managers and those responsible for people and compliance to a free business breakfast focused on the changing employment law landscape and the opportunities presented by Living Wage accreditation.

The event will begin with a welcome from Councillor Watson McAteer, Convener of Scottish Borders Council, followed by an introduction from Robin Tatler, Chair of the Scottish Borders Living Wage Action Group.

Attendees will hear a keynote presentation from Jodie Martin of JM HR Consultancy, examining the latest employment law developments and what organisations need to know to manage new responsibilities, reduce risk and stay ahead of change. A second keynote presentation from Aditi Jehangir, Living Wage Projects Officer at Living Wage Scotland, will explore the benefits of Living Wage accreditation and how employers can become involved.

The programme includes opportunities for questions, discussion and networking, helping local employers gain practical insights and connect with fellow business leaders from across the Scottish Borders. A complimentary breakfast will be provided.
