Borders Community Action is pleased to be developing a new partnership with a trusted IT service provider as part of our membership offer. This work builds on feedback from our members, who have identified IT support as an important need, alongside a wider demand for specialist services that can strengthen and support the third sector.

As the way we work continues to evolve, so too do the risks facing charities, community groups, and social enterprises. Cyber security is no longer a “nice to have” – it is a core responsibility, central to protecting your organisation, the people you support and the data you hold. For boards and leadership teams, ensuring robust digital safeguards is now a key part of good governance and regulatory compliance.

Together, we are designing a service tailored specifically to the needs of the third sector, providing accessible, reliable and secure IT support that works for your organisation.

This new offer will help strengthen cyber resilience, support compliance with data protection requirements, and ensure your systems are fit for purpose in an increasingly digital landscape. Whether you are looking to enhance your current arrangements or build stronger digital foundations, this service will help protect your organisation, your staff and volunteers and the communities you serve.

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from organisations that would like to find out more about this service and possibly any other services that may be helpful to the day-to-day running of your organisation.

Register your interest via our online form below to stay updated, be the first to among the first to access this new service and help shape any other new offers we may develop based on sector needs.
