Community Planning and Partnership Action Group is inviting organisations, groups and community initiatives across the Scottish Borders to take part in a survey to help build a clearer picture of digital support available in local communities.

The information gathered will help identify existing digital support services and highlight any gaps in provision, supporting efforts to create a more digitally inclusive Scottish Borders.

Why take part?

Many people rely on local support to access online services, develop digital skills and stay connected. The survey aims to capture information about the range of digital support already being delivered across the region.

This could include:

  • Digital help and advice
  • Training and learning opportunities
  • Access to devices or internet connectivity
  • Drop-in support sessions
  • Signposting to other digital services and resources

Creating a picture of local support

Responses will help Community Planning and Partnership Action Group understand what support is currently available and where additional provision may be needed.

Information submitted through the survey may also be used to create a public map of digital support services across the Scottish Borders, making it easier for residents and organisations to find support in their local area.

Complete the survey

Organisations and community groups providing any form of digital support are encouraged to share information about their activities.

By contributing to the survey, local organisations can help improve understanding of digital inclusion support across the region and support future planning for communities throughout the Scottish Borders.
