Healthy Working Lives Scottish Borders is offering a free training course designed to increase understanding of workplace mental health and build confidence in supporting colleagues.

Delivered by NHS staff, the training explores mental health and its impact on employees, management styles and standards, and practical approaches to creating a mentally healthy workplace. Participants will learn about stress in the workplace, common reactions to stress and the support available to organisations.

The course is open to employees from all sectors and is suitable for anyone interested in improving workplace wellbeing. A certificate of attendance will be provided following completion of the course and submission of the required electronic feedback form.
