Rainbow Reset -Sound Bath and Mediation Workshop for LGBTIA+ community with a military connection

Rainbow Reset is a welcoming programme for LGBTQIA+ individuals with a military connection. Held monthly at the beautiful Linburn Walled Garden, these free wellbeing sessions offer a variety of activities designed to support relaxation, creativity and connection, ranging from mindful experiences and creative workshops to nature-based activities.

Sessions are open to anyone with a military connection, past or present, including serving personnel, veterans, reservists, ex-forces personnel and their wider family members.

This month’s session features a Sound Bath and Meditation Workshop, offering an opportunity to unwind, reduce stress and enjoy a calming, restorative experience in a supportive and inclusive environment. Light refreshments will be provided following the session.
